Felix Law Felix started selling on Amazon in 2018. He is passionate about building products, brands and businesses. E-Commerce falls perfectly in-line with his passions. Being part of the local Amazon seller community, he is always active on the Facebook groups where he keeps an eye out for new Amazon seller. He advocates a data-driven and low-risk approach in launching products. He frequently engages with other members in the community and discusses a wide range of topics such as product research, product development and advertising. He often encourages others to step out of their comfort zones in order to pick up new skills that are relevant to their E-Commerce businesses. With a background in science and engineering in the manufacturing sector, he brings practical experience working with factories in Singapore, Vietnam and Hong Kong.

Debbie Cai As the founder of Rui Smiths, Debbie started selling on Amazon in 2014 and expanded her business to 11 marketplaces globally. Her mission is to make a meaningful contribution to society through products that make our lives easier.
When Amazon launched in Singapore in 2019, Debbie jumped at the opportunity to connect with fellow local sellers and picked up new insights about growing her business. She began sharing her knowledge and experiences through her own social media and was also invited to speak at several web conferences such as the recent Singapore Online Seller Summit in June 2020. Now, she is ready to help other sellers and share best practices through the Amazon Seller Ambassador Program.
Zhang RuiHong Zhang RuiHong started selling on Amazon in 2015. RuiHong and his team have grown from a side project into a business that became full time work. He learned how to identify product ideas and how to grow them into top ranking best sellers.

Amir Biran Amir is the VP of Digital & e-commerce at One Animation Studios, creators of the Oddbods television show - one of the most-watched kids show on YouTube today. He oversees the execution of brand partnership strategy, leads the brand’s digital growth, and the development of new business prospects, such as mobile games and e-commerce. He started selling on Amazon in 2019 as an experiment on the US Store and the business grew really quickly. Now, Oddbods’ merchandise are in multiple Amazon Stores such as all the UK stores, and the Singapore Store via FBA. This year, they plan to launch in Amazon Australia, Canada, Mexico and Brazil.
Starting on Amazon was a natural choice for him and it was very important for him to have control over his brand’s storytelling and positioning. Selling on Amazon gave him the freedom to customize and present his brand exactly as he wants it. The best piece of business advice he has received is 50% guts and 50% science. He believes that it is important to identify opportunities and trends through research and trust your intuition. In every product he launches, he asks himself if his audience - kids - will like the product and if he can see his children playing with the product.
Philip Cheong Philip started his selling journey on Amazon US in 2018 . He chose this path for a different source of income and also to spend more time with his young family. He is passionate about product research, brand building and the mechanics of e-commerce. In 2019, he launched on Amazon Singapore to establish a store closer to home. He possesses a strong IT background and has a passion working with data. He is always on the lookout to learn new tips from other sellers and share his experience with the community.
As an Amazon Seller Ambassador, he believes that it is a unique opportunity to connect with new sellers to learn and share his knowledge and experience. During his spare time, he spends time with his friends and family and volunteers in the local community. His philosophy is every little step you take now is a step closer to a successful business.
Ivan Ong Ivan is the leader of KeaBabies, the Captain of the ship. As the Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of KeaBabies, he has been in charge of the business direction since day one, paving a solid ground for the self-funded brand to not just grow, but thrive. Ivan loves creating solutions, seeing results, and most of all, seeing smiles light up on customers’ faces.
Under his helm, Ivan led KeaBabies to expand into U.S. through Amazon, the B2B market, and further through other major e-commerce channels. Cyril Chia Cyril Chia started selling on Amazon.com in 2018 with Fulfilment by Amazon as he wanted the flexibility to work anywhere and anytime he wanted. His favourite part about e-commerce is creating a product, the product research and discovering what customers want in a product. With that in mind, Cyril works with suppliers to create and improve products that solves customer needs.
At the beginning of his journey, he picked up his selling knowledge by learning from different sellers in multiple social media groups, and now that he has seen success, he contributes back to the community by pointing new sellers in the right direction. He especially enjoys helping local sellers as he understands the challenges that local sellers face without a physical presence in the US.
Joseph Zapanta For two decades, Joseph worked with social enterprises and led livelihood development programs in impoverished areas in the Philippines. Combining his love for technology, he sought to understand ways to connect farmers and producers directly to customers, which led him to the world of e-commerce and online selling.
Wanting to gain practical knowledge in e-commerce, he co-founded Argon 40 Technologies, Inc. with his partner based in Hong Kong. They built their website and first Amazon Store in the USA in 2016. This was the start of the long and winding journey of learning and experimentation.
To this date, Argon 40 has sold thousands of items online. They have designed, developed, and manufactured several products of their own that are sold purely online via various online channels. His goal is to eventually go back to its roots and develop a company that would have a positive social impact both locally and internationally.
Lala started selling on Amazon in 2019. She is determined to be successful in everything she does; as an entrepreneur, as a mom, and as an Amazon seller. When she first started selling, Lala faced several challenges, but overcame these obstacles through her perseverance and ability to understand target customers.
In just a few years, she has been able to grow her business exponentially and launch many new products. Lala is now ready to share her success story to help other sellers jump start their business on Amazon.
Wong Kia Chik KC began selling on Amazon in 2013, from his humble home office in a town named Bukit Mertajam in Penang, Malaysia. He started his journey focusing on customers based in US and Japan, with a global supply chain. KC is open-minded and uses a variety of services to help him manage his inventory, sales forecast and logistics. He also has several local teams across the region to assist him in his business, and helps local business owners to expand their businesses through e-commerce.
Outside of work, KC is an avid cyclist. His most recent trip was in Europe, covering over a thousand kilometers in two weeks in 2019. He encourages new starters to work on something that they enjoy, as he believes it will be an enriching experience.
