Getting started with Amazon Brand Services

1. Register as a seller on Amazon

If you haven’t already, sign up for your Amazon seller account. You’ll need the Professional selling plan to access Amazon Brand Services

2. Enroll in Brand Registry

Sign into Amazon Brand Registry and provide a few details about your brand and trademark. Brand Registry applications must be submitted by the trademark owner.

Who's eligible?

To register your brand you’ll need a pending or registered and active text-based or image-based trademark by IPOS. This trademark will need to be used on your products or packaging.

3. Explore and start using brand tools

Once registered you can create an Amazon storefront for your brand, and advertise your brand through Sponsored Brands. Meanwhile, we’ll set to work protecting your brand.

Can I use another country’s trademark for Amazon Brand Registry?
It’s possible to enroll in Amazon Brand Registry in multiple regions using only one country's trademark. You can use the brand that is enrolled in Amazon Brand Registry in one country to authorize your Stores in other regions. Doing so will unlock brand-building tools such as Stores and A+ content in those regions.
