FBA New Selection Program
To make it easier to offer new products, the New Selection Program offers reduced referral fees, free storage and free removals for eligible new-to-FBA ASINs for a limited time. Once you enroll in the program, you can use these benefits for an unlimited number of new parent ASINs per year.
Program Benefits
1. New-to-Prime Referral Fee Discount Benefit
Reduced 5% referral fees for eligible new-to-Prime parent ASINs. The benefit is available for 120 days from the ASIN's first buyable listing date or until the discount pool is exhausted, whichever comes first. The discount is capped at 100 units for standard-size items and 50 units for oversize items per eligible parent ASIN.
2. Fee Waiver Benefits
For standard-size products and oversize products, all eligible new-to-FBA parent ASINs qualify for the following:
Free Monthly Storage
Free monthly storage for the first 30 units sent to fulfillment centers for 90 days after the first unit is received
Free Removals
Free removals for any of those first 30 units for 180 days after the first inventory-received date

New sellers will be automatically enrolled in the program if their first FBA shipment is received at an Amazon fulfillment centre within 90 days of their first buyable offer.
Existing sellers must enrol in the program before an ASIN’s first inventory-received date at an Amazon fulfillment centre for the ASIN to qualify for the Benefits.

Once you have registered as a seller and enrolled in FBA New Selection, create your listings in Seller Central. Select the Fulfilment by Amazon option when listing your products. We’ll guide you through the process of shipping your products to a fulfilment centre.
Convert your existing listings to FBA:
Visit the Manage inventory page in your Seller Account, choose the products you want Amazon to fulfil, and click Change to Fulfilled by Amazon under Actions.

After you enroll, Amazon will determine whether you qualify for the fee waivers. We will automatically waive the fees for your eligible products, in accordance with the program terms and conditions.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are there limits to how many units I can send to fulfilment centres?
No, you can send in as many units of eligible ASINs as you like. However, only the first 30 units of each eligible ASIN that are received at fulfilment centres will qualify for the storage & removal benefits and only the first 100 standard-size units and 50 oversize units will qualify for the New-to-Prime benefit.
If I create more than 100 new-to-FBA parent ASINs, can I remove some from my eligible ASINs list?
Yes, you can remove any units from the first 30 units of each eligible ASIN.
How does this program work for Parent-Child variation ASINs?
A parent ASIN and variations of it (child ASINs) are considered one ASIN for determining the first 30 units of each eligible ASIN for storage and removal benefits, and first 100 standard-size units and 50 oversize units for the New-to-Prime benefit
How is New-to-Prime referral fee discount calculated?
The New-to-Prime benefit is applied to reduce the referral fees component of eligible ASIN sales down to 5%. Given the variation in referral fees between product categories, the actual amount discounted under this benefit will vary. For example, if your item costs SGD 100 and is in a product category with an 8% referral fee, you would normally pay SGD 8 in fees. With the program discount, you only pay SGD 5 in referral fees. Each time you make a sale to which the New-to-Prime benefit, one unit is deducted from your pool of discount-eligible units.
