When conducting cross-border e-commerce sales, it is necessary to register a trademark in the target sales locale first. Sellers should enrol for ABR before they start listing their products ideally. Yes, sellers can enroll into Amazon Brand Registry with a Singapore trademark. However, they would need to have a US trademark to be eligible for brand protection programs in the United States.
