Step 2.
Review the different offers on the page, and click "Participate Now" for the offers that are relevant to you and that you want to participate in.

What is the Amazon Seller Rewards Program?
The Amazon Seller Rewards Program allows you to participate in offers to receive reward points. You can see more infomation about the Seller Rewards Program via Help Pages.
How does the Program benefit me?
You may receive reward points by successfully participating in and complying with the terms and conditions of an Offer. New Offers are introduced from time to time. Please refer to the "Active Offers" section on the home page for the latest offers you are eligible for. The program is intended to help you grow in the Amazon.sg store.
How does the Program work?
• Under this program, you may receive an opportunity to receive reward points by participating in certain offers from time to time. You must comply with any offer-specific terms and conditions to be eligible for receiving reward points.
• Reward points received will be displayed in the Rewards History section. It may take up to 4 weeks for Reward points to appear after you have successfully participated in and complied with the terms and conditions of an offer.
• • Through an automated monthly redemption process, Reward points received through this Program are paid to your seller account to offset any fees that are payable by you to us. One reward point will be converted to SGD 1.00 at the time of redemption unless otherwise specified.
• Reward points redeemed will be displayed in the Rewards History section.
• Reward points received will be displayed in the Rewards History section. It may take up to 4 weeks for Reward points to appear after you have successfully participated in and complied with the terms and conditions of an offer.

How does the Redemption process work?
• Redemption is an automated process that will repeat monthly. There is no action required from your end to activate the monthly redemption process.
• As part of the redemption process, we will assess your total fees paid to Amazon year to date (including different fee types like Referral fees, FBA fees, etc. (where applicable)), Total Reward points redeemed year to date, and your existing unredeemed Reward Points at redemption.
• During this process, a portion (or all) of unredeemed Reward Points will be paid to your seller account to offset any fees that are payable by you to us, subject to the condition that the Total Reward points paid to your account year to date must not exceed the Total fees paid to Amazon within the same period.
• Your balance unredeemed points will remain in your account, and may be utilized for subsequent redemptions until they expire.
• As part of the redemption process, we will assess your total fees paid to Amazon year to date (including different fee types like Referral fees, FBA fees, etc. (where applicable)), Total Reward points redeemed year to date, and your existing unredeemed Reward Points at redemption.

Do my unredeemed reward points expire?
Unredeemed Reward(s) received/accumulated during a particular year will expire in January of subsequent year. For example, if 500 Reward Points were received between January to December 2024, and only 300 could be redeemed during this period; then the balance 200 points will expire in January 2025.
Is there a fee to register for an offer?
No, there is no fee to participate in this program or individual offers. However, you may incur additional costs depending on the requirements of the relevant offer.
How do I change the password for the account on the Amazon Seller Rewards website?
• The username and password for your account on the Amazon Seller Rewards website is the same as that of your SG Seller Central account.

Can I receive or redeem Reward Points before participating in any offer?
No, Reward Points can only be received or redeemed after you participate and meet the qualifying criteria specified in the terms and conditions of the relevant offer.
Can I participate in more than one offer at the same time?
Yes, you can.
Am I eligible to participate in offers if my selling account is suspended, blocked or terminated?
Accounts that are not active and healthy are not eligible to participate in this program.
