When should I enrol for Amazon Brand Registry (ABR)?

When conducting cross-border e-commerce sales, it is necessary to register a trademark in the target sales locale first. Sellers should enrol for ABR before they start listing their products ideally. Can I use my Singapore Trademark for Brand Registry?

Yes, sellers can enroll into Amazon Brand Registry with a Singapore trademark. Sellers will be able to use make use of tools like A+ Content, Brand Stores, Sponsored Brands and Brand Analytics to build and grow their business on Amazon. However, they would need to have a US trademark to be eligible for brand protection programs in the United States.
