1. Does Amazon.com provide any tools that will help me launch my ecommerce business?

It is a suite of Amazon benefits that will allow new sellers to use tools that have been carefully selected to help you launch your business. Highlights of these tools include Amazon Brand Registry, enrolling in Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA)

Since March 1, 2022 (Pacific time), New Seller Incentives is available for the US, Japan, UK, France, Germany, Italy, and Spain marketplaces. The new edition of New Seller Incentives officially takes effect on March 1, 2023 (Pacific Time).

2. What are the New Seller Incentives benefits?
New Seller Incentives provides sellers with over US$50K in potential benefits! This includes sales rebates for brand owners who have completed Brand Registry, discounts for sellers who have joined FBA, and benefits for sellers running marketing promotions. New Seller Incentives combines data analysis and the experience of successful ecommerce sellers to provide you with suggestions on how to get started and discounts to lower your exposure and costs.
Sign up today with these incentives for new sellers*:
- Get 5% back on your first US$1,000,000 in branded sales.
- Take US$100 off inbound FBA shipping using the Amazon Partnered Carrier program or US$200 off fulfillment fees using Amazon Global Logistics.
- Get 120 days free storage for 100 units, plus 180 days free liquidation with FBA.
- Get US$50 credit for Sponsored Products CPC ads — bids are up to you.
- Enroll one product in Vine for free for up to 30 trusted reviews (US$200 value).

3. Are there any specific conditions to be eligible for New Seller Incentives?
New sellers who meet the following criteria will automatically be enrolled in the New Seller Incentives program:
- New sellers starting in 2023 – Seller must have listed their first buyable ASIN on or after March 1, 2023 (Pacific time).
- Professional seller – Seller must register as a Professional Seller

4. Are only brand owners eligible for New Seller Incentives benefits?
New Seller Incentives are for all new sellers that launched products on or after March 1, 2023 (Pacific time) in the US, Japan, UK, Germany, France, Italy, or Spain marketplace. However, only brand owners can enjoy the 5% rebate on branded sales, and Vine benefits.

5. Does the program apply to existing sellers?
Existing sellers who wish to set up new businesses in the US or Japan marketplace or those who haven't set up businesses in any Europe marketplace and wish to start a new business in a Europe marketplace can enjoy the New Seller Incentives (NSI) benefits. For example, a seller who currently has a store in the US and will soon open a store in the Japan marketplace and meets other applicable conditions can enjoy the benefits.
Note: Sellers who have opened a store in any Europe marketplace are not eligible to participate in NSI when setting up a new business in another Europe marketplace. For example, a seller in the German marketplace cannot enjoy the benefits by opening a store in the France marketplace.
6. Is New Seller Incentives not available if the first buyable ASIN was listed before February 28, 2023?
If you listed your first buyable ASIN between January 1, 2023 and February 28, 2023 (Pacific time), you will need to refer to the tasks and benefits associated with the 2022 New Seller Incentives. You can check the details of the 2022 New Seller Incentives by clicking here
7. What tasks do I need to complete to receive the benefits of New Seller Incentives?
There are four simple tasks you’d need to complete:
Brand owners to complete Brand Registry within 6 months
+ 5% bonus of up to US$1 million in eligible branded sales in the first year.
+ US$200 in credits for Vine (Amazon tool used to manage reviews)
Ship inventory to an Amazon fulfillment center within 90 days (90 days based on FBA shipment creation date)
+ US$100 in credits in inventory shipping fees for using the Amazon Partnered Carrier program or US$200 in credits in fulfillment fees for using Amazon Global Logistics (AGL) Sellers can choose to use the Amazon Partnered Carrier Program, Amazon Global Logistics (AGL), or Amazon’s cross-border shipping partner program (SEND) to ship inventory to an Amazon fulfillment center to receive this benefit.
+ Automatic enrollment in FBA New Selection
When you sign up for the FBA New Selection program, you can enjoy a number of benefits for new eligible FBA products:
1. No caps on benefits — eligible new FBA parent ASINs can enjoy program benefits.
2. Enjoy free FBA storage and free removal for both standard and oversize items.
3. More “exclusive” benefits for clothing and footwear items: enjoy additional storage and removal deals for a limited time.

To be eligible for the US$50 Sponsored Products advertising discount, launch a campaign (no requirement that the campaign has no end time) within 90 days of listing your first buyable ASIN.

+ US$50 in credits applied to fees charged for creating coupons.
8. What is Amazon Brand Registry and how will it help my ecommerce business?
Amazon Brand Registry is a global service that provides tools to help ecommerce sellers protect their brand's intellectual property, detect and report violations, and share information that helps proactively prevent violations. After completing Brand Registry, you'll be able to enjoy the following exclusive benefits:
